Meet Kamila!
This is a 16 year old female who is ready to conquer the world as a real estate broker, lawyer and is planning to go to college. She is as sharp as a blade with a bubbly personality. She has now earned her Google Digital Marketing & E-commerce Professional Certificate with Youthful Impact, and ready for college work with her 9 to 12 college credits. She is feeling more confident about being able to do college work and being successful at an HBCU.

“The weekly work I do is amazing because I get to understand other youths’ points of view of each program and their differences. The benefits of me doing this program while I was still a junior was to keep me occupied due to the fact I had a lot of free time on my hands. When I started this program I automatically chose to do digital marketing for an understanding of how to market products online and understand the customer needs and wants. Choosing this program was one of the best decisions I ever made. I came so far in life and learning how to start my career.”
She also is a coach with Youthful Impact. “When I meet with the Hartford students weekly, I ask them about the courses, what they like so far about their program, and ask if they need help with anything. Most times they tend to say “no” but I still check up on their progress and give them some advice.”
Now that the Youthful Impact program delivered in partnership with Grow with Google has finished, she says “ I am eager to put Digital Marketing Certificate and show off my skills”
